Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are an easy and healthy side dish. Perfectly seasoned Brussels sprouts turn out crispy and tender when cooked in the air fryer, and go great with any meal!

If they’re cooked correctly, they are absolutely delicious. Crispy, slightly nutty in taste, and with a little seasoning and parmesan cheese sprinkled on at the end, Air Fryer Brussels sprouts are something I could eat an entire pan of!

How to cut Brussels sprouts?

First cut off the bottom base part of each sprout and remove any wilting outer leaves. Slice in half vertically. You can also shred your sprouts. To do this, turn them to their flat side after cutting in half vertically, then thinly slice to create shaved or shredded Brussels sprouts.
