If they’re cooked correctly, they are absolutely delicious. Crispy, slightly nutty in taste, and with a little seasoning and parmesan cheese sprinkled on at the end, Air Fryer Brussels sprouts are something I could eat an entire pan of!

How to cut Brussels sprouts?
First cut off the bottom base part of each sprout and remove any wilting outer leaves. Slice in half vertically. You can also shred your sprouts. To do this, turn them to their flat side after cutting in half vertically, then thinly slice to create shaved or shredded Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoons, ground black pepper
- 2 pounds fresh Brussels sprout
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
- Stir the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl then toss in the brussels sprouts, mixing until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- Pour the Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Serve with lemon wedges and freshly grated parmesan cheese if desired.
