Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of whisky
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of toasted oats

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Stir in the honey and whisky, mixing well to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, crush half of the raspberries and mix with the toasted oats.
  • To assemble the Cranachan, place a layer of the whipped cream mixture in a serving glass or bowl.
  • Add a layer of the crushed raspberry and oat mixture on top of the cream.
  • Repeat the layers of cream and raspberry mixture until all of the ingredients have been used.
  • Top the Cranachan with a few fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of toasted oats.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
