PINEAPPLE CHICKEN THIGHS
- 20 ounces pineapple tidbits drained (1 can)
- 1/2 cup chicken stork
- 2 tablespoons soy-sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons con starch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 small yellow onion peeled and diced
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs Salt and pepper to tasteFresh parsley chopped, for garnishGreen onions thinly sliced, for garnish
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
